Hybrid / Remote Work
After going remote due to the pandemic back in March of 2020, we have made the decision to become a fully remote team with an office hub in Nashville. This means that team members are free to live wherever they would like within the United States with no obligation to go to the office or convene in-person, with the exception of pre-defined company activities such as company retreats, workshops, etc. We do have a beautiful office that team members are welcome to use as often or as little as they like. Located in the Terrazzo building in the Gulch (700 12th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37204), we have two dedicated office spaces in addition to a shared co-working space. Culture remains a focus, and we provide monthly, optional in-person events that allow our team to enjoy each other’s company. While remote work is available, applicants must be in the US due to the nature of our business and client needs.
We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven Marketing Director to own the marketing funnel for our agency. This is a remarkable opportunity to have a significant role in driving the horizon of our agency and we are prepared to reward success. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the President/COO, this role will be focused on conceiving, creating, and deploying content-based strategic inbound marketing initiatives. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into leads, and nurturing those leads into MQLs to be handed off to the sales team. This role requires a strong writer and researcher with deep knowledge of healthcare and with the ability to map marketing automation campaigns, generate content, optimize web pages, direct creative work, and explore new channels and mediums for our inbound marketing efforts.
This position also requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics for the types of clients we serve. Golden Spiral is working to emerge as a leading voice for healthtech marketing over the next 3 years. Success in this position will mean creating real value and thought leading assertions in the form of content, events such as webinars, conferences, studies, podcasts, surveys, etc. It will be important to not only reflect and amplify the insight of the agency subject matter experts but also be able to add to that canon.
