Hybrid / Remote Work

After going remote due to the pandemic back in March of 2020, we have made the decision to become a fully remote team with an office hub in Nashville. This means that team members are free to live wherever they would like within the United States with no obligation to go to the office or convene in-person, with the exception of pre-defined company activities such as company retreats, workshops, etc. We do have an office that team members are welcome to use as often or as little as they like. Located in the Terrazzo building in the Gulch (700 12th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37204), we have two dedicated office spaces in addition to a shared co-working space. Culture remains a focus, and we provide monthly, optional in-person events that allow our team to enjoy each other’s company. While remote work is available, applicant must be in the US due to the nature of our business and client needs. 

Job Overview

This role is for an experienced SEO & Performance Analytics Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience with WordPress, will know who John Mueller is, and will have experience building search visibility via SEO. This position will report to the Senior Director of Digital Strategy and Performance Analytics and work closely with the content and development departments. The ideal individual will manage client SEO and some SEM efforts, implement SEO strategies, provide detailed reports, conduct audits, deploy updates on websites, and provide updates on search changes from search engines. Must have experience marketing for B2B clients; healthcare and healthcare technology experience is even better.


  • Implementing onsite SEO efforts (e.g. meta data, image optimization, etc.)
  • Optimizing and reporting on client marketing efforts via Data Studio
  • Collaborate with development teams and Content Strategist(s)
  • Collaborating on landing page development
  • Research keywords and produce keyword recommendations
  • Audit and evaluate existing client websites as well as potential clients
  • Create reports from Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Optimize existing website and content
  • Building new backlinks through outreach
  • Updating citations
  • Optimizing Google My Business
  • Implementing and editing Google Tag Manager
