Hybrid / Remote Work

After going remote due to the pandemic back in March of 2020, we have made the decision to become a fully remote team with an office hub in Nashville. This means that team members are free to live wherever they would like within the United States with no obligation to go to the office or convene in-person, with the exception of pre-defined company activities such as company retreats, workshops, etc. (when it is safe to bring those back). We do have an office that team members will be welcome to go to once we declare the office open again. Located in the Terrazzo building in the Gulch (700 12th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37204), we have two dedicated office space in addition to a shared co-working space. Team members will be welcome to use the office as often or little as they would like. Culture remains a focus and continue our virtual hang outs and look forward to providing monthly, optional in-person events that will allow our team to enjoy each other’s company as early as this Summer.

Needs and Opportunity

Golden Spiral is an ambitious firm. As such, we need you, as a new team member, to bring a strong, apparent sense of initiative and drive. You should be self-assured, confident, and ready to jump in. We have well-defined processes in place that help us measure our effectiveness and performance, but applicants should not expect that all the lane lines for this position are consistent and made of stone. That means you can expect us to ask you to roll up your sleeves, dig in, and help us shape the direction we take. We offer meaningful work, a flexible, fun and creative culture, a cool office space (when not working remotely), and the chance to help build a renowned and respected firm.
