Hybrid / Remote Work
After going remote due to the pandemic back in March of 2020, we have made the decision to become a fully remote team with an office hub in Nashville. This means that team members are free to live wherever they would like within the United States with no obligation to go to the office or convene in-person, with the exception of pre-defined company activities such as company retreats, workshops, etc. (when it is safe to bring those back). We do have an office that team members will be welcome to go to once we declare the office open again. Located in the Terrazzo building in the Gulch (700 12th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37204), we have two dedicated office space in addition to a shared co-working space. Team members will be welcome to use the office as often or little as they would like. Culture remains a focus and continue our virtual hang outs and look forward to providing monthly, optional in-person events that will allow our team to enjoy each other’s company as early as this Summer.

This role is for a Senior, well-experienced SEO and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Strategist. The ideal candidate will have experience with building comprehensive SEO strategies, optimizing WordPress, will know who John Muller and Barry Schwartz are, and will have experience building search visibility via both SEO and SEM.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Digital Strategy and Performance Analytics and work closely with the content and development departments. The ideal individual will manage client SEO/SEM efforts, develop and implement SEO strategies, provide reports, conduct audits, deploy updates on websites, and provide updates on search algorithm changes from search engines. Must have experience marketing for B2B clients.
