Job Overview

This role is for an experienced Paid Media & Content Manager with experience creating content for ads, landing pages, and workflows. This position will report to the Senior Director of Digital Strategy and Performance Analytics, and work closely with the content and SEO development departments to ensure an integrated strategy. The ideal individual will manage client SEM efforts, paid social, deploy new landing pages, create and manage A\B testing, provide reports, conduct paid media audits, and provide updates on paid media changes across B2B industries. As such, applicants must have experience marketing for B2B clients.

In this position, the best suited applicant will have a high-level focus and understanding of the way content impacts the buyer’s journey and how paid media can be leveraged to drive valuable, relevant traffic to key landing pages. This requires the ability to effectively solve problems, communicate clearly, and organize efficiently. The Paid Media & Content Manager role requires analytical abilities to gather key business and user insights, and then apply the findings to drive strategic optimizations in both paid efforts and the content supporting campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

  • Crafting ads and managing paid media
  • Deploying tracked ads and keywords using UTMs
  • Auditing, building, optimizing, and reporting on SEM campaigns
  • Collaborating with development teams and Content Strategist(s) to deploy landing pages
  • Collaborating on landing page A\B testing
  • Researching keywords
  • Implementing advanced optimizations on paid campaigns (e.g. sitelink extensions, negative keywords, etc.)
  • Auditing and evaluating existing client paid programs
  • Creating reports from Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Optimizing existing campaigns
  • Supporting client proposals, SEM scope of of works, and sales discussions

Requirements

  • Alignment with our company values
  • Minimum 3+ years in a paid media role
  • Minimum 2+ years supporting/managing landing pages for paid efforts
  • Minimum 2 years of agency experience
  • Experience implementing paid search updates via Google Ads
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Ad Manager
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience working on a sales team or with business development lead(s)
  • Strong content creation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with Developers and Content Strategist(s)
  • Ability to audit and evaluate existing client websites as well as potential clients
  • Ability to create reports from Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Experience creating remarketing lists and campaigns
