Job Overview

Reporting to the VP of Client Services, the Account Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the overall efficient and effective running of accounts. He/She will work in tandem with Account Directors on the day-to-day management and execution of marketing programs, with a clear understanding of client objectives and the resources required to service the accounts. On occasion, He/She will manage certain accounts without oversight from the Account Director. 

In addition to working closely with Account Directors, the Account Supervisor will collaborate with the Traffic Manager to ensure all client deliverables and deadlines are met. This includes initiating projects with teams, developing clear project objectives, maintaining client deliverable timelines, and creating scopes of work (SOW).

Responsibilities

  • Work integrally with Account Directors and SMEs to execute on client marketing plans / programs
  • Ensure client deliverables and SOW agreements are met consistently by the team and on deadline 
  • Schedule, organize and assists Account Director on running client meetings and calls, providing consultative advice on tactical activity 
  • Document and communicate project requests and briefs for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Make sure client deadlines, revisions, and approvals are clearly communicated and managed with the client
  • Aide in the review of client deliverables to ensure that work meets project strategies/client objectives
  • Participate in the compiling of, presentation of, and reporting on client marketing plans
  • Maintain solid relationships with client contacts
  • Understand the client’s business/industry and competitive landscape
  • Write detailed proposals and Scopes of Work which clearly define scope, budget and timelines
  • Act as account lead for smaller client engagements
  • Work with Traffic Manager to prioritize and coordinate workflow, deadlines, budgets, and SOWs 
  • Help facilitate SOWs in the sales process

Requirements

  • Alignment with our company values
  • College degree
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency
  • Solid understanding in all areas of digital marketing initiatives
  • Previous supervisory experience 
  • Strong track record of project/account management skills
  • Experience working concurrently across multiple clients or projects 
  • Skilled at prioritizing workload and deliverables to meet client and team deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams
  • Creativity in problem-solving
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Capacity to handle pressure
