Reporting to the VP of Client Services, the Account Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the overall efficient and effective running of accounts. He/She will work in tandem with Account Directors on the day-to-day management and execution of marketing programs, with a clear understanding of client objectives and the resources required to service the accounts. On occasion, He/She will manage certain accounts without oversight from the Account Director.
In addition to working closely with Account Directors, the Account Supervisor will collaborate with the Traffic Manager to ensure all client deliverables and deadlines are met. This includes initiating projects with teams, developing clear project objectives, maintaining client deliverable timelines, and creating scopes of work (SOW).
