Job Overview

Reporting to the VP of Accounts, the PR Senior Account Executive is an experienced media relations specialist and writer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of communications experience in the B2B technology space, is fluent in the fundamentals of public relations, and is able to execute on every aspect of the program. Particularly, s/he is able to translate a brand’s business objectives into a strategic media relations initiative that secures results. 


  • Execution of PR programs on a daily basis 
  • Moderate client communication
  • Media relations - including identifying pitch topics, drafting pitch content and creating media lists
  • Writing - aides in drafting press releases and other content / collateral for clients
  • News scanning - understands and follows clients industry and able to identify how to position clients within the wider news narrative
  • Rapid response - keeps pulse on breaking news stories on behalf of clients, reacting quickly to emerging stories in line with client profiles
  • Speaking/Events/Awards programs - identifies and secures opportunities for clients


  • Alignment with our company values
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a B2B, corporate, consumer or digital communications agency environment at an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive level
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask
  • Great writing skills
  • Creative thinking 
  • Thorough knowledge of media: online, print and broadcast 
  • Ability to interact with confidence at board-level with clients
  • Proven ability to keep abreast of current affairs and relate them to client situations
